I Scream... Ice Cream?
Why is it that eating habits depend on emotions? If a person is really upset, they either overeat or don't eat at all. Shouldn't eating just be a routine? Wake up, eat breakfast, maybe have a snack a few hours later, then eat lunch, and end the day with a good dinner. I wish I was a doctor, or just had the patience to look up what the relationship is between emotions and eating. Because I know that I often times I will eat less on days when I'm not feeling too well. Does that happen to any of you? I mean, how does your eating pattern change... or does it?

haha for the most part my eating habits don't change too much. But I do realize that when I'm in front of the computer with a bag of candy, the bag is usually empty in an hour
