Want to get paid? Looks like the new way to do it is flipping off the police. In Oregon, a man was paid $4,000 to settle a civil suit for being cited by the police department for flipping the bird. This isn't the first time a police officer has been sued for such citations. In fact, a Pittsburgh man was awarded $50,000 after being wrongly cited for disorderly conduct after flipping off a cop.
